How old do I need to be to operate the machine?
MOST UTVS MUST BE 21+ TO RENT OR DRIVE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE UPON PICKUP.

Do I need to have a valid driver’s license to rent?

How long in advance do I have to make a reservation?
We Highly Recommend Booking In Advance, So You have Top Pick of the FLEET. Reservations can be made at anytime as long as the unit is available. You can Book Online or over the Phone. We also Welcome Walk-ins!
Do you have a pet policy?
Pet Policy : We are NOT held Responsible for any potential harm to your animals. Customer must provide Blanket / Seat Cover for any vehicle that the pet is in. Any rips/ tears resulting from pet damage will be assessed for a damage fee in accordance to the severity of the damage. This Fee refers to ALL RENTAL UNITS. All Animals must be tethered or held in place during the ride.
Do you have a inclement weather policy?
We're happy to reschedule your rental for inclement weather. We also have some enclosed vehicles if you'd still like to proceed with your rental as planned. If adverse weather affects your booking, we can offer a voucher valid for two years from the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued. To reschedule or receive a voucher, you must call and speak with our office staff. Cancellations cannot be made via email, messenger, or social media. Please note: We have no control over National Park closures, as these are determined independently of rental companies. However, in such cases, we can still reschedule your booking or issue a voucher valid for two years from the cancellation date. All reschedules and voucher issuances are subject to vehicle availability.
Can I keep the vehicle overnight at my cabin if I have rented it for more than one day?
YES, However; The UTV'S must remain on roads that are 40 mph or less. These UTV'S are tagged as Medium Speed Vehicles. Please Note that if your Cabin / Hotel Rental is in an area where the streets are Higher than 40 mph, they are not allowed to be on the roads and you can receive a Ticket/ Fine.
Are we allowed to trailer any of your units?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Our Units are not allowed to be put on a trailer or taken to areas where they are not allowed. PLEASE REMEMBER UTV'S ARE REGISTERED AS MEDIUM SPEED WHICH MANDATES THEM TO BE ON ROADS 40 MPH AND BELOW.
Do I have to fill up the tank?
Yes, All Units start with a Full tank of Premium Fuel. At the end of the rental; units must be refueled with PREMIUM Fuel, and provide a Receipt. If a customer decides NOT to Refuel upon return, there is a $50 fee plus Cost of fuel per vehicle.
Primary Contract Holder Information
The Primary Contract Holder is held responsible for all the Vehicles/ Drivers on their Contract. The Primary Contract Holder must be with units at all times, and are NOT ALLOWED to be left to those as additional drivers.
Please be advised that our insurance covers the primary contract holder and the added additional driver(s) that have provided a valid driver license and have signed our Contract; All those that sign must be with the vehicles that were rented and be validated.
Additional drivers that are not signed at the beginning of the process, provided their valid driver license and have been validated. This will Potentially Void the insurance leading the Contract Holder to be held responsible for the FULL REPLACEMENT COST OF THE VEHICLE plus the LOSS OF RENTAL FEE if Flipped/damage to the extent of non-use that day.

Payment

Do I need a debit or credit card to rent?
Yes, you must have a major debit or credit card with an EMV chip to rent from Adventure Haven Tours. We do not accept CashApp or Venmo cards. All debit and credit cards used in the U.S. have the EMV chip now, and we require it to prevent fraud. If you have any questions please contact our store at 865-325-1915.
Do you take checks?
We do not accept checks of any kind. Cash or credit/debit card only. We do not accept CashApp or Venmo cards.
Can I cancel a reservation and receive a refund?
While we understand plans can change and want to be flexible, we do not issue refunds for any reason once a booking is completed. Instead, we're happy to help you reschedule as long as it is before 48 hours of your scheduled booking time unless unforeseen Inclement weather such as severe thunderstorms come into play. Unfortunately there is no Guarantee that you will be able to have the same machine at the exact time and day you are wanting to change to if that particular unit is already booked. If you need to change your booking before 48 hours until your initial booking time and we cannot accommodate you for timeframe/machine you are wanting you will receive a gift card/voucher that would be full price and will be good for up to two years. To reschedule or inquire, please contact us by phone only, as social media messages don't count as formal requests, and we can't accept calls or messages during non-business hours. Please remember, no-shows will be charged the full price, and National Park Closures do not qualify for a refund; any related early returns or gift card options will be addressed on-site according to our policies. If you do not use all of your time any excess time will be forfeited unless it was due to unforeseen issues.
Promotions
Adventure Haven Tours provides a great experience at an affordable price. Therefore, any discounts or promotions MUST be authorized by AHT or they will be invalid. There are sites with promotions regarding certain percentage discounts and gift card values which have no authority from AHR. Some examples of these sites are: Hotdeals.com, bestbuys.com, etc. We are not held responsible for providing such promotions without authorization. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and any questions need to be directed to those sites offering such promotions.
